Welcome to the BLACKSTAR PREMIUM website. These terms of use (“terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

You agree to use the website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the website for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Our product and service descriptions are available on the website. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update website information at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment occurs outside the webstore in a secure environment – bank transfers are processed in the respective bank's secure environment and credit card payments in Maksekeskus AS's secure environment. The merchant has no access to customers' bank or credit card details. The contract comes into effect once the payment amount has been received in the webstore's settlement account.

The webstore owner is the responsible data controller for personal data and transmits the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the product being out of stock or for other reasons, the buyer will be notified at the earliest opportunity and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

In e-commerce, we are always responsible for the delivery of goods.  

The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.  

**Domestic shipments within Estonia** generally reach the specified destination within **3-7 business days** from the entry into force of the sales contract. For **international shipments outside Estonia**, delivery is completed within **14 calendar days**.  

In **exceptional cases**, we reserve the right to deliver goods within **up to 45 calendar days**.  

**Goods are shipped to the following countries:** Estonia, Finland, Latvia  
**Delivery options available:** Smartpost, Omniva, or pickup by arrangement.

Please review our return policy available on the website for information about returns, exchanges and refunds. Some products may be out of stock and non-returnable.

To the extent permitted by law, BLACKSTAR PREMIUM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products and services purchased through it. This limitation of liability applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend and hold BLACKSTAR PREMIUM, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes related to or arising from these terms shall be resolved in Estonian courts.
